Tagilla - Escape from Tarkov Fanart

Hello everyone!
Escape from Tarkov became one of my favorite games lately and I wanted to make my own version of Tagilla - one of the most iconic bosses in the game.
I tried to be as precise as possible with keeping weapons, accessories, and equipment as authentic as possible.
I started the project with the gun - Saiga 12, which I modeled in Fusion 360. For the high poly, I exported it to Zbrush to smooth out some edges. Low poly was made in Maya.
For the base body character, I used a model from the 3D Scan Store.
Clothes were made from scratch with a combination of Marvelous Designer and ZBrush. Textures were created in Substance Painter 4.
For the rigging, I used RapidRig for Maya. Everything was rendered with Marmoset Toolbag 4.

The whole project was great fun! I really think I've learned a lot while doing it.
